How to make a Complaint
We also adhere to the Ministry of Justice rules in relation to a 14 day cooling off period, should you change your mind for any reason, you can cancel our services without any problems.
In relation to the Complaints Handling rules 2006, section 14b. We also have a complaints procedure in place, if you need to make a complain regarding any aspect of our service, could you send it to our office address in writing.
We will endeavour to deal with your complain within 28 days and our aim is to deliver a first class service and we welcome feedback from you about the quality of the service we provide.
