Responsibilities:
Our claims handling team are looking for individuals who can work as part of a group or individually to promote the services of the company. The claims agent will need to obtain claims from the public and forward the claims to the claims handling department.
This is a position of responsibility, as you will need to liaise with clients on occasions and assess the initial claims circumstances. Assessment of claims may involve establishing liability, liaising with the third party, and communicating with the claim handling team. The role will also involve retrieving missing information, using the company database, sending faxes, and filing.
To be successful, you will need to have costumer service skills, be flexible and motivated. Previous sales experience may be an advantage, although we offer a full training scheme to aid your transition into the role.
