What we do
Team building events are fun.
A chance for individuals to get away from the day-to-day grind and take part in games they would never normally do.
But there is a serious side.
While you are having fun you are also learning, picking up those all-important skills that will help you become a better team.
Every team is different.
That is why our programs are never the same.
Each event we host is unique and specially tailored to suit your requirements.
Before we even begin to discuss the exercises we will get some information about your team. About the team goals, the individuals and how your day-to-day routine works. We’ll use this information to determine where there is room for improvement – no matter how successful your team there is always room for improvement.
Once the details have been obtained we can then begin to build a program for you. Using our extensive database of exercises, games and icebreakers we select those that can help to improve the performance of your team.
Each exercise or game will have an aim, one that may not become clear until afterwards. We will thoroughly debrief each exercise to ensure that everyone benefits and understands the meaning behind the exercise. Each exercise is fun and this aids the whole process, people are far more willing to participate if they are enjoying themselves.
As the event progresses we also discuss what a team is, what makes it effective and how people learn.
Choosing your location
We understand that you already have a job to do, and it keeps you busy most of the time.
That’s why we don’t expect you to do anything. Just tell us where you want to hold your event and we will do the rest.
We will arrange everything, from conference room to overnight accommodation, giving you a chance to relax – or get that report finished!
What next?
After each event we produce a brochure and CD. This not only provides a record of the day but also reminds everyone of its purpose. The brochure contains a full description of the day’s events, including all the games and exercises.
Photographs of the day are also included and details of any prize winners (if you chose to give prizes).
The brochure helps make sure that the nothing is forgotten and provides information to help keep your team functioning properly.
