Products If you've tried our beers, please sign our guestbook. Islay Ales produces nothing but real, living ales. This real live ale comes in either cask-conditioned or bottle-conditioned form. Some breweries produce a cask and bottle conditioned beer using the same name. Sometimes, those two beers might be different versions of the brew. Islay Ales cask and bottle conditioned beers are the same beer. Islay Ales are available in these places. Finlaggan Ale (ABV 3.7%) Finlaggan Ale is a light, tasty session ale. It is brewed using only malted pale and crystal barley, water, yeast and traditional Goldings, Mount Hood, Styrian Goldings hops. It is named after the Loch at the north end of the Island where the Lords of the Isles traditionally had their seat. Black Rock Ale (ABV 4.2%) Black Rock Ale is a refreshing ale. It is darker in colour than Finlaggan Ale. Black Rock is brewed using pale and crystal malts, roasted barley, Goldings, Fuggles and Mount Hood hops. We also offer Islay Ales
