Refurbishments

At Tooday we have the experience to complete a full machine Refurbishment on various machines.

These photographs show the before and after effect of a Refurbishment made to a Cylindrical Grinding Machine.

Before

This machine belonged to a major Automotive Component Supplier.

The machine had been badly stored and rust had started to set in.

The machine was stripped back to its barest form then cleaned and all sub assemblies either repaired or replaced depending upon condition at time of Inspection.

As you can see the condition was not good but, underneath the surface rust and stain, the original machine quality was still there.
