White Tailed Sea Eagle trip
Let us take you to the land of the White Tailed Sea Eagle. This eagle is Britain's largest bird of prey and the fourth largest raptor in the world. We regularly feed these great birds on our trips and between the months of June and September you may be able to observe their young.
The trip lasts approximately one and half hours. Cost £12.
Boat trips
With our 1-2 hour trips down the Sound of Raasay you will see Skye from the sea, fabulous views and unbelievable wild-life. See seals, porpoises, white tailed sea eagles, dolphins and whales as well as numerous other sea-birds and creatures.
The trip last an hour and a half. Cost £12 - £15 depending on where we go.
Fishing trips
Fishing trips are £25 for approx 3-4 hrs
Longer Excursions

Island of Raasay
For walkers
We can arrange a trip to have you dropped off at Loch Arnish on the north end of the Isle of Raasay and collected at the pier at Churchton on the South end of the island. The walk is approx 9 miles. You will be able to walk over the famous “ Calum’s Road” and take in the beauty of Brochel Castle and the views of the mainland and Skye. A spectacular walk, not to be missed.
A packed lunch is advisable but the Raasay Hotel on the South end of the island does excellent bar food.

Bonnie Prince Charlie’s Cave
Enjoy a tour past spectacular cliffs and scenery to the cave where Bonne Prince Charlie hid in 1745.
Holm Island
An island full of bird life and wild fauna. It rises from the sea at a depth of 240ft to 150ft above sea level. You may even spot a sea eagle on the way.
Griana Sgeir ( off the Island of Fladda )
Island colony of seals. Take a trip down the Raasay shore where you may see porpoises, dolphins or whales. There are from time to time over 200 seals on the islands.
Clach Dubh
You may see some white tailed sea eagles on the cliffs. They have been nesting around this area for the past 10 years. On the way out you will be taken in to the Scarf Caves to observe the birdlife.
You may also see the mountain goats that live on the cliffs above the caves.
On the return journey we will take you into the fish farm to observe farmed Atlantic salmon.
Isle of Rona
Trips to the beautiful island by arrangement. We make this trip most Saturday mornings .
We leave Portree at 9:15am and arrive on Rona at 10:15am where you can have half an hour on shore to enjoy the peace and beauty of the island.
See Church Cave – Dry harbour.
Enjoy walks on the peaceful island – have your postcard stamped exclusively with its own stamp.
We leave Rona at 10:45am and arrive back in Portree at 11:45am.
During the season we can drop you off on Rona early in the morning and collect you again in the early afternoon.
Leaving you to explore the island, its beauty spots and secrets. ( Packed lunch advisable )
Between £15 & £20
St Kilda, via Harris
At the moment we are currently having built a second boat that will be used along with the StarDust for day trips.
The new boat will be 15metres x 6.5 metres and capable of carrying up to 65 passengers.
One of the planned trips for this boat will be to the Isles of St Kilda.
Leaving directly from Portreee the trip will be done over 2 days with an overnight stay on the Isle of Harris.
