Tional is a trading name of Cli Gaidhlig, herein referred to as Cli Scottish law governs these terms and conditions and your use of our web site confirms that you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, this does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

A Contract between the customer and Cli for the sale of our products (the events offered) will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed at which point the buyer's credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the products. Placing an order confirms you have read and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, you are making an offer to purchase the Product(s), which you have specified in your shopping basket.
Booking Conditions
Change of address: If your address details change after you have submitted your booking form, you must notify the organisers by email or in writing.
The organiser reserves the right to change the timings of the activities. The event will only be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. In such an eventuality all participants will be notified as soon as possible.
The organiser's entire liability in respect of all costs and expenses you may incur as a result of such cancellation or delay will solely be the booking fee you have paid to take part in the event.
Please note that the event will be recorded using photographs and audio tapes and will be published on the website. If you do not wish to participate in the legacy of the event we ask that you inform us in writing.
Closing date: Tuesday 21 August 2007. Please note that refunds will not be given after this date.
N.B. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for all activities except for Shinty, Football & the Theatre workshop.
Consent
Your use of this website signifies your consent to the collection processing and use of personal information by us for the purpose of administering and dealing with your order or account, market research, processing your payments, credit/debit reference checking and fraud detection, and for marketing. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on this site.
Price and Payment
All prices quoted on this site are in UK pounds and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change without any prior notification, please contact Cli by phone or email to confirm latest prices.

It is entirely the responsibility of any person taking services or products advertised on this web site to check whether the event is taking place as advertised. Cli accepts no liability whatsoever for any losses however caused by the provision of the information on this web site.
Payments
Payment is made by PayPal using the PayPal service, please check on their terms and conditions at www.paypal.com .
Cli uses a Paypal shop to sell items, if you have any problems using our on-line shop, or wish to pay by cheque or other means please contact Cli
Cli is in no way responsible for the functioning of the PayPal service nor for any problems or losses that this service may cause.
Payment may be made using a wide selection of credit and debit cards .You confirm that the credit/debit card which is being used is yours. Your credit/debit card details will be transmitted via the web to a secure server.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Cli reserves the right to refuse credit card payments in its reasonable discretion.
Liability
Unless otherwise agreed in writing Cli's maximum liability to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the Products to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Products in question. Cli shall not in any event be liable to you for:
- any direct loss in excess of the payment amount; or
- any loss of profits, business or anticipated savings or loss of or corruption to data or any other indirect loss or consequential loss whatsoever even if it has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
